I would like my system to trade during New York Stock Exchange hours, 930 to 1555 NY time.

I used DEFPARAMFLATBEFORE and DEFPARAMFLATAFTER, see attachment.

My platform time settings for all charts and markets is for New York.

It is still trading outside these hours.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Time format is HHMMSS, did PRT add the .0 after your Flat Before, Flat After.

Try just 093000 etc

Hi,

although the initial request was about time, it might be worth also mentionning you have a date issue for your QUIT condition on line 16: DATE=202503401, that’s one more digit than expected for format YYYYMMDD, assuming YYYY year 2025 is ok and DD day 01 is ok too, then it’s probably a case of replacing 034 for MM month with 03 or 04.
