Tracking profit/loss while day trading?

  Is it possible to use code to track P/L of a particular stock, index, commodity etc.? E.g. you start trading NASDAQ at 8pm and want to see how you are doing real time. If it can be coded can that code still be used if someone is manual trading?

  No.

  Only way would be to have an Algo which exactly duplicates your manual trades, but that is not what you are looking for here?
