    DJI is actually the index in question…..as of right now (at 14:00GMT), it’s telling me on the 4hr bar that there’s still 3 hrs to go until the candle is complete.

    I’ve got PRT access from broker for Spreads as well as CFD’s – the CFD instance is correct but the Spread instance is not.

    Are you referring to Spread Betting Account above?

    Have you double / triple checked that the Timezone settings on your SB Account and CFD Account are exactly the same?

    Yes, referring to Spreadbet and yes, I’ve checked this PRT instance vs. CFD PRT (side by side).

    I’m asking the broker why there’s a difference.

    Thanks for suggestions and assistance in trying to solve.
