Three live strategies on Nasdaq not initiating

    Hello guys,

    I have three strategies on Nasdaq two 10 second and one 1 minute that just aren’t starting although according to the chart within live account all conditions are being met, anyone have any ideas why this might be it’s almost like my platforms orders aren’t being picked up ?

    Do you mean aren’t triggering / aren’t opening trades?
    What is the position size in your code?
    What maximum position size did you set in ProOrder?

    Hey GraHal thanks for replying,

    Yes they aren’t triggering or opening trades but the backtest within my live account shows they should have triggered.

    In the strategy, position size is set to 1 but when I start strategy within the prorealtime order setting it is set to 0.5 which I believe to be the minimum for the market and other strategies have run without issue previously like that, after the last update do they both need to be set to the same within strategy and manually when started ?

    If pos size in the code is 1, I always set the max pos size to 2 as attached.

    Try as attached and see if it works.

    If you are Testing on Demo Account the minimum pos size in the code needs to be 1 (0.5 in the code is okay for Live Account, but not for Demo Account)
