Hi Nicolas. I would like to motivate development by PRT of a facility to allow the trader to take manual control of a running trade entered in Pro-Order.

I’m a discretionary trader risking a fixed percentage of my trading account on the next trade, entering at market on the closing of a trigger bar, with a stop immediately beyond the last swing point. The stop distance with allowances for spread if applicable and estimated slippage and consequently the position size is known only at the precise time of the close of the trigger. Accurate setting and an instantaneous entry signal can only be achieved by a programmed entry using an algorithm in Pro-Order that recognises the trigger bar and stop level and, given the current value of monetary risk and the formulae,  calculates the position size. Attempts to do all this by hand as the closing time approaches will result in approximations of correct position size and hence of monetary risk, and delays in the entry signal, increasing the potential slippage, to the detriment of the trading system. Once in the trade, triggered in Pro-Order, I would want to take over control of the trade and manually manage it to a close.
