Sudden extreme long wicks on stock charts:

  I logged into Prorealtime today and opened etf  DIA to find that the wicks are extreme and not correct on past data, other stocks exhibiting same long wicks where there should be none. I restarted Prorealtime several times, still same problem. Any way i can fix this? Thank you.
