Strategy Stopping stuck in Demo Live

Happy Christmas everyone.

Please could someone advise if there is a way to clear stuck automated strategies from the ProOrder AutoTrading window. I left one running over Christmas and have today attempted to stop it.

The strategy says stopping but in the Running window but doesn’t changed to stopped in the Not Running window. I have tried logging off and back on again and it doesnt seem to clear it?

You may have to wait for the markets to open again and a new candle to be formed before the stop instruction is completed. If not then you may have to contact your broker by sending a technical report.

It’s normal for Algo to say Stopping when closed after the market is closed.

Happens to me lots when I have a weekend review of my Algos on Demo Forward Test.

We can still add / start another as the Stopping Algo does not count towards the limit of 25 x running Algos.
