    Good morning guys, is there any way you can build using the Standard deviation in % terms rather than just price terms? Any help much appreciated

    Thanks in advance

    Hi @Alfy

    You can divide the standard deviation by the mean multiplied by 100…

    Mu = Average[n](Close)
    MuSquared = Square(Mu)
    XiSquared = Square(Close)
    xStd = SQRT(1/n * Summation[n](XiSquared) - MuSquared)
    StdPro = xStd / Mu * 100
    Return  StdPro as "StdPro"

    Hi @Alfy

    The official name for this calculation is:

    Coefficient of Variation (CV)
