Spread and Stoploss costs higher

Hello, The spread on the DAX has changed from 1 to 5. And the costs of a guaranteed stop loss has changed from 1.5 to 5 as well. I can not find any information about this on IG and I can’t reach anyone from the servicedesk. Does anybody has the same issue? Is this a bug or due to the Coronavirus? Thanks

Yes, it’s due to the extreme volatility in this period. A few days ago I was stopped a strategy because the order was placed too close to the current price, since required distance had risen from roughly 6 pips to 300 pips!
