    Honestly I don’t understand the situation with PRT… why there is no communication and why they let on the side of the road some customers ?

    Honestly I don’t understand the situation with PRT… why there is no communication and why they let on the side of the road some customers ?

    The situation I imagine is that there is a worldwide pandemic killing hundreds of thousands of people –  you might have seen it in the news.

    Staff are working from home and so normal lines of communication within the company are disrupted and development and bug fixing is working at a slower pace I imagine. Add on top of this massive extra demand due to masses of people sitting on their backsides at home and suddenly finding that they have time to have a go at that idea of getting rich quick by playing the markets and you have the perfect storm.

    Perhaps a little patience would be helpful at this time.

    It seems that you have no experience in IT… they pushed in production something during the pandemic that is totally buggy.

    So I’m just asking for a rollback okay ?

    And guess what, they can do that even with the pandemic… wowww magic !

    @SuperMike did you see the suggestion that Paul made re using mmm I’ve forgotten … but an App on Macs that allow use of Windows as an alternative OS.

    You can then at least continue using PRT  until they sort it??

    Boot Camp is a utility that comes with your Mac and lets you switch between macOS and Windows. Download your copy of Windows 10, then let Boot Camp Assistant walk you through the installation steps.

    @GraHal yes I know Bootcamp and I’ve used it, but you need a Windows Licence and I’m not very fond of having two universe in my MacBook and work with… Sadly the only temporary solution that can work is to launch PRT with Java directly.

    All the solution are not very friendly user till they fix the prob… if they even try to fix it…
