Is there a backtest of at least 200,000 bars?
Should I be able to backtest NQ Predator+ F.L. DC4 Cobra.
I am trying to beacktest on US Tech 100 on 5 min TF and I am getting attached error message.
We have a technical problem.
When downloading the trial version it doesn’t work.
We are going to solve this problem.
We will answer your questions soon.
We feel the inconvenience caused!

We continue trying to correct the technical problem.
We have also detected a conceptual error in our product, indeed, the three versions have hunted the same prey, as JS wrote, and there is a reason, this error will soon be corrected as well.
Please understand that “Predator” is the first bot we upload to the Market Place, we did not know exactly how the system worked.
We will try to ensure that no problem happens again!
We apologize again for any inconvenience. 🙁
No problem, trials are good as they work both ways … for Seller and Buyer / Tester.
I’m glad I tried it out today as maybe we get sorted ready for Monday morning. 🙂

Indeed, “the 3 predators hunt the same prey.”
All 3 versions contain the same “trigger”, but there are subtle, but important differences in the development of the operation.
Different breakeven placement, and different risk controls In this way, “the prey can escape, the prey can be small and bland, or large and succulent.”
Skynet. Global Algorithmic Solutions recommends the Wolf version, which will be available, along with the Phanter version shortly (a few days).
The Wolf version is the most balanced both in benefits and risks.

Regarding the backtest of more than 200,000 units, our recommendation is to download the trial version of our products, and carry out your own analysis privately.
It would be very interesting, and of consideration, to carry out, for example, Mr. Vonasi’s robustness tests.
However, we do not see it advisable to perform backtests of more than a limited number of units.
The most experienced will know perfectly well that there is a moment in the last 5 years when everything has changed in algorithmic trading.
And what was valid before, is no longer valid now, and for several years.
@Grahal
Can you post a picture of the backtest if you have it? That would be interesting and important.

We have managed to solve the technical problems (it has been difficult).
The bot and its trial version are again available in the Market Place.

Mr. Phoentzs, Skynet. Global Algorithmic Solutions assures you that the results in 1M units are positive.
For our part, we reiterate, the results in 1M units are not relevant at all, neither in our bots, nor in the bots of other programmers.
We are sure that some user of the forum will be happy to upload the graph and the statistics in 1M units to this thread.
It would be interesting to know how the bots behave in certain market phases, for example the corona crash last year. So how robust they are. I know from my bots that they consistently perform well over 200000bars. That’s why I ask.
On Skynet. Global Algortihmic Solutions we arrive before noon than noon itself !!!
We have decided to integrate the Cobra, Wolf, and Phanter versions in a single bot.
And we have defined in the description of the bot the very simple way to do it.
You can now enjoy the one-month trial version totally free and without obligation, and then the 6-month trial version for € 1 without obligation.
Attached results on UTC +1 (clocks went back last night).
I set spread = 1 (SKYNET BOTS the latest MP version has zero / null in the backtest spread setting).
Lower curve is Money Management (MM) at default setting = 1.
Upper curve is with MM = 0 and position size = 1.
Good Work Guys … keep it up, we meet in St. Tropez aboard our Yachts! 🙂
(We buy Vonasi an upgrade as he’s not been seen on here for months?? 🙂 )
This looks very good. 👍🏼 Maximum drawdown at 1 position? Time in the market?
