Setting the alert based on specific patterns

    Hi Everybody,

    I am quite new on ProrealTime and I would like to know if there is the chance to set an alarm based on a specific pattern. What I can see from the alarm setting is that I can set it up following just some specific features ( price, moving average, Supertrend, date), but I would like to set up the alarm WHEN I have a specific pattern already settled in my probacktest (or proscreener).

    I am currently using the “end of the day” version. Do I have this feature?

    If you have already coded your “specific pattern”, why not use it into a fresh new ProScreener, this one will send alerts once your pattern is retrieved from any instrument of the current list!

    Dear Nicolas,

    thank you for your kind reply, but I still have problem setting it up. If I try to set a “new alert”, then I still have the pre-defined features and they are not related to my “specific patterns”. Probably I am still using it from the wrong button, I don’t know. Should I set it up from the proscreener? If so, how?

    Then you’ll have to program your specific pattern in ProScreener, let share it with us and we’ll be able to help you back. Just add a description and/or screenshots of what you want to alerted for and I’m sure we could make something relevant in accordance to it! Have a nice Sunday 😉
