Set Alert RSI >70 or <30

  Hi All,

  Can someone provide assistance and advise how I can set a market alert in DAX 40 using RSI 70 and 30.

  I want the system to send me an alert if the market goes above 70 and or below 30.

  Would like the alert to remain ON after each instance this is trigged.

  There is a setting to get an Alert each time conditions are met, see attached at red arowhead.

  I have noticed in the alerts when selecting Offline Notifications via-email there is a lot of instances where the alarm has trigged and I have not received any email?

  Also I have noticed where the market his hit my alarm level and it has not trigged? This is even when I select Trigger – Each Time.

  Emails are sent only if the PRT Platform is left running.  Quit / Logout from PRT Platform and no emails are sent.
