Screen Resolution on Surface

Hi all

I have purchased a Microsoft Surface so I can trade when on the road. When I launch PRT I find the resolution is such that I can’t read the menus etc because the font is so small. When using all other programs everything is fine, the problem is specific to PRT. Is there any way I can make the screen easier to read?

Try moving the slider to the right (see attached) and let us know how you get on?

Hi guys, if you are looking for more info about support on surface X tablet like I was searching for before… I brought a new surface X and PRT App and IG App working perfect, the Java problems were sorted out So you can use tablet without fear. Win 10 Home 64x factory installed. Regards you all

Hi nn89nu

I just found your comment about Microsoft Surface. You are using just the App’s or a normal Windows for PRT Complete? I use IG App on my mobile but that is low standard compared to Complete on my Windows on a my desktop. For example I want to colour indicators up/down which isn’t possoble in the IG App.

I had this too. Change the Font in the main Settings page. I’ve set it to slightly below the maximum value. Also tick the box to adjust the icon size. It fixes most of the issues.
