    Hi. I use multiple workspaces, dependent on either the type of work I’m doing(trading, research, homework, etc.), or whether I’m at my trading desk or mobile laptop and however many monitors. I’m about sure that I’ve saved a list with certain tickers on it when I exited and saved a workspace, and reopened in another workspace, but then today, that didn’t happen, and I’m pretty confident that I saved the workspace before closing. Am I mistaken, do they not save when saving/closing a workspace? Is it that I must not have saved, as sure as I am that I did? Have others experienced intermittent results saving? It’s a constant list that I only change daily to add specific daily watches. The list was there, just not the updated content. Thanks in advance for any info sharing.

    It’s been a long time since something like this has happened to me.
    The most important thing is that when you exit the platform, save, even if you have already saved before. Always save when exiting.

    The cause usually is a. let the platform exit automatically because 18 hours have been passed since starting the platform and b. while the platform asks you to exit because the 18 hours have been passed, but you are typing in e.g. a Word document, you will hit the space bar and that exit is “illegal”. Read : never use the space bar which defaults to one of the 3 choices when the message is on-screen.

    @Iván, I agree with you that this didn’t happen for a long time, but I see it happen again too since a couple of weeks;
    The Lists – like the list of executed orders is also a List – are dealt with separately for saving. At least that is how it comes to me because Lists often don’t re-appear at starting PRT and this is always after exiting the wrong way.

    , what Iván is actually (also) saying is : When you used Save and after that the platform exits “illegally” (like the 18 hours passed), you will lose your savings anyway. This is not exactly what you describe, but Lists can’t bear this situation to begin with and may return malformed (a previous state ?) or not at all.

    Looking back again, it wasn’t just the list data that didn’t save. So maybe going forward, I’ll save and save again on exit to be sure. I know PRT has had complaints about save issues in the past. Maybe v13 will be improved there
