ROC indicator with Bollinger bands

  Recently I noticed the IWO Turning point indicator as available for Tradingview: https://www.tradingview.com/script/Gn1EJ6Yq-IWO-Turning-Point-Indicator/

  The idea is the use of the ROC indicator (10) with two  linked long term bollinger bands. Period 252 days (year) and a BB with 1 standard deviation and another BB with 2 standard deviations.
  I have looked on this forum but could not find a similar kind of indicator.
  Does anyone have any suggestions?

  Just add a ROC indicator on the chart, then add 2 Bollinger Bands with different standard deviation, like I did in the attached picture.
