Hi all,
Some of the charts I have display erroneous price points.
For example my YTD chart for JYNT shows 7 points with a price of 10 Million!! The 12 month high is only 9.64.
Is there a way to scrub or remove erroneous data points?
Cheers,
Dave
What Timeframe is that chart you show?
Seems JYNT only looks sensible from about 12 months ago?
Attached is what I see on a 4 Hour TF Chart … seems feasible?
In answer to your question …
- You could send in a Technical Report via your Platform … then await a response .
- Have your code ignore Price Levels above X (a dangerous solution as you may miss out on a genuine big spike profit?).
David Lister, please update your country flag. Thank you.

How will I receive my response?
(I have updated my flag robertogozzi)
How will I receive my response?
Are you with IG? Response will be via your email registered with IG.
But a response may take time! Also remember what you wrote in the Tech Report as IG will not copy your Report back to you as they it is a Security Issue!
I am with IG and I can report that PRT did modify the erroneous points in the chart.
Thanks for your help.
