Anybody here experience the same slow unresponsive issue with PRT Ver 11?
Ver 10 is running fine as it always did but Ver 11 is very slow and unresponsive. So much so that I don’t want to trade on it.
Nothing changed on my side. Same computer same 20Meg fiber etc etc.
Using Ver.10 again.
My computer stats according to PRT below.

This is mine with direct PRT (not IG). I have no issues whatsover (and 30 or so charts on screen).
May it matter, one other instance of PRT is running at the moment of taking the scan, and Trader Workstation (= IB platform) is also running. It will matter that most of my instruments on screen / in lists are closed at this moment of the scan. Still, when all open, I would not see a difference in performance.
And this is with V11 on IG / Live (not Demo).
A small difference which can be neglected ?
I quickly tried a few things in there, but did not see performance issues.
I would report this by the means you see below.

I suggest you make a report through the platform, in order to inspect your computer specs. Do you have many indicators on your chart?
