PRT Not Refreshing End of day Candles.

  I can not refresh end of day candles on daily chart on stocks in PRT today. Only showing yestaday’s candle, not todays Tuesday Feb 27,2024, its after 5 pm Eastern time, so the new candle should of been posted by now. Restarting PRT is not working. Is there a fix please?

  Hi,
  If you have EOD (End of day) data you will not see the candle till the market closes.

  You are right but the market closed and many hours have passed and PRT has NOT UPDATED or posted a fresh candle for that day. PRT is not refreshing End of Day data even though many hours have passed AFTER MARKET CLOSED. Am I the only one who has this problem?
