He got blocked Mags67… ended up despairing too much basically and up n left (not sure why it was necessary to block him though/not sure what happened I left too for a bit but am back but gawd knows why…) he went down the route of using IG Labs and Matlab – there’s a post about it somewhere if you search about (although I don’t have much success using the search function in here but good luck!) – he (Despair) said what his username was on the IG Labs forums – I tried to sign up with IG Labs but never heard anything more of being approved so guess I was not worthy or something….?!

BTW this thread goes back a long way…

and I know that nowadays we are all living in a world where everything is as fast as the blink of an eye! 🙂

We’ll all be six foot under never mind a blink of anyone’s eye… interesting to read how extensive ITF’s reach (overstretch?) is in terms of customers they develop for (PRT or ITF…? hmmmm which is it the mind boggles and get the feeling we’re not getting the whole truth behind the business setup which would explain the support issues if you ask me) which just makes me realise how much of a backseat the demo side of things takes…

I know there are frustrating times when we do not know what’s going on and we would like everything to be better, but I can not spend my time reading and moderating messages where I can read “It’s better elsewhere, I’m leaving”. I created and I maintain this forum to help people who want to stay and it is not easy every day, thank you for your understanding.

That’s from a year ago and for sure we all very much appreciate all you do Nicolas and the ‘blame’ is not aimed at you I am sure you know/perhaps some new users on here won’t get it straight away but I think things have changed now anyway? I see the ProRealTime website points to this site for support – so where else are we to make our voices heard?
