PRT database and gaps

    Hi all,

    PRT is an excelent platform but sometimes annoy me with this kind of things. I show you an example.

    Here is CSC (computer science) and as you can see there is a copuple of gaps that PRT doesn´t adapt. Do i have to live with this or there is something that i am doing wrong?

    In yahoo finance i find out there was an split and a big dividend 30/11/15. I have already graphs adjusted by divideds.

    Well, I’m not sure to understand, gaps are gaps.. How do you want them to be filled?

    Hello Nicolás, you made me laugh. I can imagine your face thinking: does this gay know what is a gap…? hahaha

    Maybe i should explain myself better.

    This gap must not exist in a graph because there was an split and a big dividend as far as i find out in pages like yahoofinance or stockscharts or finviz or visualchart.

    Is the only platform who doesn´t correct this things.

    this gaps are a mistake and should be corrected.You can check it for example in yahoofinance 30th november 2015 says:

    30/11/2015 10,5 Dividendo
    30/11/2015 2373: 1000 División de acciones

    the quotes change in one day from 69 to 30, this is not a gap made by the market.

    this things happen more than i would like. I know there is an option to include dividends (adjust the graphs by dividends) but whats going on with splits etc?

    I got news for you. Seems that this problem has been resolved, please relaunch the platform and you’ll don’t see that again appear on your screen 🙂

    Great! what did you do? did you tell them to correct it?

    if i saw this again can i send it to them? i dont want to disturb you every time i see a mistake in the graph.

    Yes, if you see this problem again, send a debug console message, so PRT should be able to fix it faster.
