PRT Bands – Weakening Signal Indicator

Has anyone managed to be able to automate an alarm or screener for when the PRT bands signals a weakening trend in a Bullish move, represented visually in charts by the blue circle? I have looked at the config for this indicator but can’t seem to find a way of accessing a trigger for this aspect of the indicator. Any help gratefully received. J
