PRT auto logout

Hi all I am current auto trading on PRT with ig.com

I find that PRT auto turn itself off after the computer is left unattended for a while. Is there any forced logout for the program? Any solution to it?

Within 18 hours you have to logout and reenter, if needed.

Make sure you save what you are doing quite often!

Does it affect my autotrading? Will the strategy keep running in the background?

Re-entry has to be done manually?

It does not affect at all the automatic trading systems you have set, since they are running server-side.

According to what you have said, PRT autotrading system still takes place even if I don’t login ig.com/open PRT.exe on my computer?

Exactly! You don’t have to be online for your trading systems to run. They are running on IG/PRT servers, once you have launched them through the ProOrder window.
