prt 10.1 broken?

    Is PRT 10.1 broken ?

    (yes I know it is an older version but has run every day this year no problem with IG who still offer it)

    Today it will not allow any share look ups and all watchlists are empty.  It remembers my settings for fonts and layouts etc from previous sessions but has stopped working today Monday 23 April (was ok Sunday 22 April)

    I am unable to move to 10.2 or 10.3 at the moment for reasons I wont bother you with so I really need 10.1 to work!

    Does anybody else have the same proble or  have any good contacts (emails/phone numbers) at PRT/IT Finance who can fix this as IG have not managed to get a response yet.
