Hello!
I put in a buy-order and since then prorealtime is stuck on “Transmitted to broker”.
The order was submitted to IG but nothing happens in PRT
I have restarted the program several times and nothing happens.
I had to manually login to IG and remove the order from there.
In ProRealTime platform it still says “Transmitted to broker” even after removing from IG and restarting, se attached screenshot where order is closed in IG but trying to Open in PRT.
I have been doing trades all day with the same computer setup, the same workspace, setup etc. The computer is not even half-load on processor or ram. No problem with Internet.
What should I do? I can’t trade until I know that PRT will accept and relay my orders.
Regards
Daniel
Update: IG got back to me and said they had several customers with the same problem since around 15:ish (UK time) and had started an investigation.
They had no idea about the source of the problem or whether it was in PRT or in IG’s platform.
Since no one else on this forum seems to have the same problem I’m thinking the problem is with IG but lets see what the investigation shows.
/Daniel
Daniel, I currently have numerous issues with IG and AutoTrading. To me it looks like normal trading is affected too. Below one current example (Request for Cancellation) which is now orphaned.
Or stuff like you see in the 2nd picture; the original order is still under command of AutoTrading, but the connected Stop and Limit are for manual operation now. And never mind those orders are there, they won’t be filled (the price crossed them many times).
Regards,
Peter
I just saw my platform reset and the orphaned orders have vanished. So I think it works again ?
Hi! Can confirm that I experienced the same issue today around the same time (IG). Also noticed the ProRealTime(v12) platform reset after some time, and since then, everything seems to be working properly again.
Thanks for your input Peter!
The orphaned orders are gone for me as well.
I have not heard back from IG and trading is on pause until I know more about what happened.
Everything is Ok today
I think you may contact IG to get further details
This starts to be pathetic.
I imagined AutoTrading to be “automated”. But it means more than a day job I can handle. This is IG. But it is getting worse across the board. A next day new issues.
Or maybe in other words, who is going to hold whom responsible ??
SystemS is more at a time (see in 1st attachment). Like just now again. And two more like during this typing (2nd attachment). Or the 3 systems throwed out during this typing. Come on …
And is IG worse than IB ? I don’t think so. It is all automated systems under control of … what ? Zombies ?
Hahahahahaha, This system had to be stopped because of insufficient funds.
Sure. At IG’s I suppose ?
Oh boy.
Update:
I’ve been in contact with IG markets Swedish customer support thursday, friday and just now, monday.
Thursday – They didn’t know what the problem was or when to expect a solution
Friday – The problem was solved but they where awaiting answers from “IT” about the cause of the problem
Monday – The old problems are back, new problems have emerged and they are still awaiting answers from IT. No ETA.
