Prorealtime DEMO doesn’t work

    Prorealtime DEMO doesn’t work

    Since yesterday evening the DEMO platform no longer opens, due to this error.
    Error in IG : /ExternalWebServices/UserWS/V1.0/UserService
    I contacted support by email but no response, is there anyone else who has the same problem?

    Yes, demo accounts don’t let PRT be launched, while real accounts work as usual.

    IG must be doing something odd (without any notice, as usual).

    I managed to contact IG, they told me it’s a problem that only concerns the DEMO.
    They have been working on it since this morning and expect to resolve everything within the day.

    Yes, the issue is global and it concerns a server breakdown.

    Are they aware of the problem and are they aware how to fix this now? Because I have been waiting for hours for demo now.

    Well it would be nice to have that messaged out. Have not worked for 4 hours approx..

    I called IG recently, they are working on it. And they said it will most likely be fixed before the day ends 🙂
