Prorealtime charts are getting frozen

    Hi,

    I am using prorealtime from last two years and it has been wonderful for most of the time. However with V12, problems began for me. I generally trade for US stocks from UK i.e. from 14:30 to 21:00 and use Mac platform. When i open the screener and start opening charts, some charts begin to freeze in other words i can’t do anything with that chart and even can’t close that chart. Only way to close chart is to choose File->Close all windows.. and this problem gets worst as the day progress… and it is really impacting my day trades..

    I raised a ticket with IG and they mentioned that they escalated the same to prorealtime but no update so far from them in-spite of  chasing them few times.

    I created below video that shows how chart gets frozen after one min.

    Create a Technical Report via the Help menu, and insert a link to this topic.
    Hopefully ProRealTime responds soon.

    PS: Isn’t that a particular timeframe where it happens ?
    And is it with other instruments the same ?

    As Peter says, the best way is to create a ticket directly from PRT.
