I click the Indicators and Trading Systems button as usual; on the Backtesting & Automatic Trading button I click my code from the list, click Backtest my System, wait while it asks me to – and usually I see the results of my test added to the chart, with the equity curve etc displayed, as well as the Detailed Report. However, now when I go through this process, I am asked to wait, but at the end of the wait, nothing is added to the chart. I can see no results of my testing. There is nothing that I can do to display them. I have closed PRT and re-entered, to no avail.
This problem started mid-morning; first thing, I was able to backtest, but since around 10am I can’t.
I have accounts with IG UK and IG Switzerland, and the same thing happens in PRT for both of these.
This happened to me a couple of months ago, and then seemed to fix itself a few hours later.
Any ideas?
