ProOrder with real money (Not paper trading)

Hi,

I can’t use Automated Trading system with real money (i.e. it works only with paper trading). Is it just me ?

When I start ProRealTime in paper trading, I can see Automated trading system icon but when I start regular account the icon just disappear!

Where are seeing the icon, post a screen shot.

Have you funded your Live Account?

You have to enable it on the web platform

Go MyIG>Settings>ProRealTime>Enable for Live Accounts

I am using Interactive Brokers (not IG). I have already fund in my account and I can trade manually with no problem.

I am attaching a picture

How can I enable the automated trading for Interactive Brokers account?

IB do not currently offer automated trading via PRT. You need an IG Index account as they do.
