    Hi, this morning opened my demo account and found out that all the results of my robots’ operations before May 7th have been wiped .  Anybody knows what happened ?

    Do you mean all Forward Test Results have been wiped??

    You sure it’s not just the limit of most recent 500 Results Limit that is resulting in you not seeing the results before 7 May??

    Can you provide a screen shot so we can see how you have arrived at that conclusion?

    Hi GraHal I mean the detailed report (see attached picture) just shows operations from May 7th  but my robots have been active for more than a  year now.  Maybe its because of the 500 results log size limit you mention, which I wasnt aware of .  I probably had more than 2000 operations in the log history already.  Do you know if is it possible to adjust this limit ?

    Seems strange that you could see 2000 operations when there is a 500 line limit on Results shown??

    No it is not possible to adjust the 500 Limit.

    Btw … you did not attached an image in the above post.
