ProOrder didnt work

I have two algos running. Initially, one buy order successfully executed but got closed after a few minutes because the system stopped it(i dont know why…). Then, I saw the first notification indicating that the order had been transmitted to IG, but it didn’t appear on my chart. The status of this system was ‘on hold.’ When I checked IG, I saw that my order was still running! How could this happen?

Could this be because you have enabled / ticked the box at the yellow arrowhead on attached?

dipont, what you see there is the left-over of something which should have been a OCO (One Cancels the Other) which in this case failed because your System was thrown out. Thus this is not your order (as in “position”).
That orange triangle you showed in your first screenshot may tell the reason (hover it, click it). Otherwise in your PRT orders list there should or could also be such a triangle somewhere (I think in the Cancelled/Rejected tab). Or you can have received an email.
In this case I would check your open positions with the IG platform itself, because this could be a typical situation that the position is really opened, but PRT does not show it (which is dangerous of course and it will not be under ProOrder control).

the orange triangle tells me only”on hold”… it didnt tell me any reason. the algo which stop working, i just start to test it. buy function works perfect but sell order was little bit strange. after this “sellshort” order , index tanks over 200 points…
an indeed, PRT didnt show this order but IG. and PRT cant close it since it dont have control of it…
