Problem with Demo – IG

Hello, I just opened my Demo account and there is a strange situation. For SP500 and Nasdaq orders are refused with the phrase: ” market not available” do you have the same problem ?

Sorry @Franro. I already have a couple of open problem reports with IG. I am afraid I will not live the day the answers come in. So, not adding to their backlog on this one.
