Hello,

I just opened my Demo account and there is a strange situation.

For SP500 and Nasdaq orders are refused with the phrase: ” market not available”

do you have the same problem ?

I have a very strange situation. ProRealTime DEMO all markets are closed. And ProOrder AutoTrading does not work as intented. No new positions can open and it is a visual bug in the IG app.

The issue is that the markets are closed so no positions can be taken.

They are not closed they are just unavaliable is the wording in IG.

There was a technical problem.
If you still have problems, could you open a ticket directly from the PRT platform?

DAX shows as normal on my CFD Account – 1.4 spread … see atached.

Might you be loking at an expired Future or similar?

DAX shows correct spread on live account but on demo the spread is 7 and price is not working as live.

I look at the correct charts

And I have talked with friends that have the same issue. And it is causing DAX systems with active trades to stop in ProOrder

This morning I had both problems on demo: Market not available AND minimum sl distance of 300 on DAX. Both resulted in orders being rejected and algos being stopped.

Yes same here. I just want to know if Ig/Prorealtime are working with this problem that have occurred.

It looks like it is an IG problem (as IG provide the market) so you would need to contact IG.
