I am getting error message “probacktest.error.500” suddenly today when backtesting strategies.
I restarted the platform and computer but still the same.

Seems like a server error problem. We used to get the same type of error in the past during weekend or maintenance. Let’s wait and be patient..

Yes, this was continuously this morning. It started with the reset of the platform (PRT-IG) and then seemed a capacity issue (like taking out 50% of the servers).
For me this stopped when I could not get any result any more on-screen (re-attempting the backtest in itself often helped to not let show the error) and I restarted PRT.
