    Hello ladies and gents.

    I started using prt couple months ago and manuell trading but got interested in automated trading. But I don’t know anything about how to code.

    I started to get suggestions about a company called prt argos that lease codes for auto trading. The golden rule is if it is to good to be true, it probably is.

    Do any of you have any insight in this company, is it real or fake?

    I guess it was a typo and you meant PRT Algos (not argos)?

    Anyway looks like it is / was a website that never got off the ground?

    I’m not completely sure that your are referring to us (ProRealTime Algos) but I take the liberty to answer you here any way.

    First of all; you are very right to question results, it’s a good practice in general. All investments is connected with a risk and there are NO guarantees in investing.
    We believe that we have created algos that have good odds to continue performing. So far we have been right. You can see our customer verified results on our twitter since launch of PRTA May 20th this year.

    i’ve been following them for a few weeks now and they give me a good impression. my concern is that if it works sustainably, the abo price might rise or it might not be offered at all because why offer something successful when you can make the big profit yourself.

    Why not make big profit AND make even more money by leasing Algos to other Traders and also make life more interesting at the same time by running a business (leasing Algos) as well as trading? 🙂

    Well yes i was referring to you (pro real time algos). I have also been on your site and follow you on twitter and really like what you have to offer. Have seen scammers in almost everything this days, thats why i was hoping to gets some conformation/legitimacy here in this community. Will go and checkout your youtube channel.     Hi guys, I’ll move this topic from “proorder support” forum to the “general discussions” forum, as even if you’re talking about algos running in proorder, it wasn’t about helping on a specific proorder coding query (I’m not telling off anybody, just explaining the rationale behind the tidying up). About the marketplace, you will see several “shops” in there, after they are validated by Nicolas. And not just proorder strategies, but indicators and screeners too. Licensing will be a lot easier too.

    They make 5-10k every week as they show on twitter. This must be a big balance 🙂

    These algorithms operate with a lot of pip money, hence the exuberant profits.

    It would be interesting to know at least the stop of the operations.

    And even more interesting, it would be money management.
    Taking into account the% of operations won, it would be much safer.
    3 consecutive trades with losses and we would lose a relatively small account.

    Hi Fran55,
    The stoploss on our algos are maximum 2%.

    One of the keys of our success is diversifying with many different timeframes and markets. One algo could have 3 consecutive losses and you would hardly notice it. Actually that is what happened with our DAX M3 algo. It had 3 losses in 2 weeks and this is still the total gain curve of all our algos (customer results)

    It would be interesting to see the Equity Curve and the Detailed Report for just your DAX M3 algo that you mention above … from ProOrder AutoTrading (not for the whole Portfolio / overall Detailed Report that you link to above).
