Prices NOT being updated – Everything is ''Dead''

Hi, Two questions for you if someone would be able to assist please – I am very new to this platform and it is very much possible that I am asking for extremely basic solution: When I runned the software, chose needed chart, there are no updates being done, not even if I set one candlestick to one minute or even one second. Everything is on hold. Also yellow price which is on Y axis, representing 100% real live data, is NOT updated – it is put on hold, all the time for hours showing identical price. No data is being updated. Everything is showing same identical prices for hours. We all knows the prices in 100% real time might be updating every milisecond, perhaps even microsecond. In my ProRealTime platform everything is on hold, nothing is updated. The consequence of this is that all prices, including entire massive list (it should be updating every millisecond) in column on the left-hand side, are wrong for obvious reason: no updates. Could anyone please tell me how to put platform in live mode so ALL the prices will be updating and will be live and so the charts, all indicatiors, etc will be updating too? Currently my candlestick charts are not updated, 100% static mode, same as for all indicators. I learned how to add new indicator on the chart but how do I remove it from the chart? Note: I don’t want to delete it from platform because I might use it again later. I just want to know how to temporary delete it from current chart so it wouldn’t be shown. Thank you in advance.

Dear Puppy- it’s Sunday today. Marked are closed in the weekends and holidays and therefore no price is updated. Also try an pick an index marked such as German30 (DAX) if you have chosen a stock I’m not sure that the trial account will display live price action.

I appreciate your time and thank you for your assistance but once again, the reply doesn’t help. There is no way I could know which monday? at 0:00:00 or at 0:00:01? In which country and, since same country may contain multiple timezones, in which timezone? In which country’s calendar to make sure the country doesn’t have the holiday? What if holiday is working day? What if holidays is working-OFF day? If monday at 0:00:00 Slovenian time, there is no way the software trading platform would know whether or not im trading from remote computer. A lot needs to be discussed here.

PRT is linked to different international markets with different time zone.

Slovenia (CET) is 1 hour ahead of GMT so CET = GMT +1 hour.

When I am eating my porridge tomorrow morning, Monday at 09.00 hours GMT (and checking how my Bots are performing) it will be 10:00 CET in Slovenia and so I hope your PRT Platform will have been showing realtime prices since at least 08:00 CET Slovenia time tomorrow, Monday 28 Nov 16.
