    Wonder how many folk don’t know about PRT Demo / Paper Trading Accounts and as a consequence they start out, become part of the 70% / 95%  who lose money (more likely if testing Algo’s on Live Account) get very dissillusioned, pack in and never return to trading!!??

    There have been many over the years on here that did not know about existence of PRT Demo Accounts.

    I re-checked with IG and said earlier that they do now provide PRT for the paper or demo account. I don’t think IG provides PRT for the share dealing (non margin) account yet which I am still waiting for… You still can reduce the risk by using small position size in the live environment until the script works reliably then you can increase the position size.
