    I just tried PayPal and Microsoft and they act same a NVIDIA (on CFD Account) – price moves, but time has not moved since 21:00  last night (i.e.time does not move outside of Market Hours).

    I confirm what Peter said … we can still trade the above … I opened a trade on each and then closed, all as normal.

    Maybe ‘just a switch’ somewhere would sort it, but nobody told IG and nobody trades at IG with ProRealTime??

    Hard to believe all / any of it, but now we have gone this far we need to get answers?

    Did you submit a Query to PRT and IG Mr.Mjau?

    I did chat with IG yesterday, looks like they have outsorced their online chat to some Indian company. Very bad experience 30-40 min between every answer and non of what they said made any sense. After 2 tries and 4 hours wasted they told me I have to make a ticket in PRT, so I did. Made tickets before on other issues so not holding my breath they will fix this.

    Ah goodo!

    Assuming your Platform is via IG, Technical Report tickets (raised on the PRT Platform Help > Technical Support etc) go to IG first anyway and if they can’t fix then they forward on to PRT for a solution.

    You should get an ackowledgement email from IG for the Technical Report.
