Posting image or screenshot

  Hi,

  How do i post a screenshot?

  I have completed a screengrab, saved as a PNG and JPG and attached using the “select file” button at the bottom of this screen.

  A thumbnail shows up with a green background, indicating no errors, and i click submit, with no errors appearing.  However, the image does not appear in my post.

  Any ideas what I am doing wrong please?

  Hi OllieB,

  You describe the right way to upload a file/screenshot…

  I always use a PNG file, 1 file/screenshot at a time, max. file size 2.93 MB

  Maybe it’s a setting on your computer (firewall) or a maximum upload setting…?
