Hi guys
I have two positions open on the USD/JPY one short and one long.
The long shows the pip value and the monetary value, the short only shows the pip value. How can this be?
I tried to attach an image, but I cannot post if I do.

Have you tried to change the “Settings” in the “SetUp”…?
If I right click and configure the area the settings are as the long is displaying, also there is not a way to separate the long display from the short display so it seems like a bug

In my chart, the order labels are as set…?
Yes sure, I have the same, but my short position did not follow the setting format eventhough the long position did. Can you set a different layout for short v long? I don’t think so

Why do my positions have the same display…?
The best thing to do is to send a technical report via the “Help” function…
Given that it resolved when I restarted the platform I am not too concerned
Morpheous, you will find the same issue lateron again. This is a bug for V12 and PRT-IG, which I reported a year ago, 6 months ago, 3 months ago – and then I gave up.
When you restart the platform all will be fine. When new positions occur during the PRT session (with AutoTrading), say 50% is fine and the other 50% is like you describe.
Some things seem to be unsolvable for ProRealTime. Get used to that ?
Generally I find the platform to be be very good, there are a few bugs, but nothing so far it hasn’t been possible to work around.
