plot MA from higher time frame

  hello, i have this codes to plot different moving averages from higher time frame (5 min) to lower time frame (1 sec), but it is on 0 when the chart starts even in max units, is it possible to let it start plotting on chart only when it has a value as per what the MA should be?

  so actually when it is 0, not to have it on chart yet.
