Platform opens, but will do little else, for example I cannot start a new System or Indicator or modify existing Systems.
Anybody else experiencing odd symptoms??
Working okay now … weird??
My platform slowly ground to a halt yesterday and eventually reached the point where I had to shut it down with Task Manager and lost all my work. I have not had to do that for a very long time.

Yeah I thought the same, hoped it’s been a one off weekend as I hoped seen the last of all that freezing / locking up etc!!
There was a big message displayed on the PRT website about servers maintenance. Don’t know if IG transmit this info to their clients.

If you are still experiencing this issue, please click on Help > “Help center”, then on “I have a technical problem”. Then:
- Choose the category
- Select the concerned window of the impacted instrument in the drop-down menu if needed.
- Give as much detail as possible about the situation, explain the issue you are having in the text box.
- Click “Send report”

IG doesn’t. I have never seen such a message, despite I wished I had sometimes.
It is not possible to send a technical report if your platform has locked up and needs to be closed using task manager!
My Platform is doing all sorts of non-responsive type actions (lack of action!).
Certain Systems were not showing in the Auto Trading Lists also … even more worrying!
I had to close my Platform using Task Manager.
I’ll try again in 10 mins.
