Phantom Trades – Demo CFD Account

Anybody else got Phantoms on their CFD Account? I can’t close them … see 2nd image attached.

I stopped all my Systems and the Phantoms remain trading.

My SB Account does not have any Phantoms, but yours might?

I did have 3 more on EUR/USD, but I was able to close those.

Above is on my Demo Account.

No phantoms operations, but my demo account have vanished. I had demo operations closed last week like most of us, but this week no demo operations have been affected in any of my strategies (well, it is Monday. Lets give IG some time…)

Sometimes, I have closed them from my IG app on my iPhone. But only if they are still opened in the app. Most probably they are not accesible from the app, but it is worth to check.

Nice one Juan! … 1 second after I tried / failed to close the Phantoms on my IG web platform I then tried on my IG phone App … and the phantom trades closed … how incongruous is that!?
