Orders and positions disappear randomly

Hi

I’m running the latest version v11.1 and occasionally my positions and the trading buttons just disappear. Usually if I exit and log back in they return.. this time they have not.

Any guidance much appreciated…

PS They have JUST NOW as I typre RE-APPEARED. I have done NOTHING…. this can be quite stressful with positions on…

Nah, never seen this.

Unless … unless it is the broker being disconnected. With IG this (rarely) just happened for 25 minutes or so (solved 5 minutes ago). But anyway, if the broker is not there, the positions (and trading buttons) are not shown. This is good in itself.

Btw, I think the forum time is always (?) one hour behind. So you saw the same as I just did (for IG !) ?

Yes, through IG. It’s happened a couple of times before, just assumed it was me being fat fingered on settings somewhere, but this time I was nowhere near clicking anything.
