    Nonetheless – thanks for your advice. I want to finish this script first (the trade size is small so not much risk) and given I am already down this track but will use a different instrument afterwards.

    Hi GraHal,

    I meant to ask you this question ‘why is the PRT system showing dollar value that is 1000 times bigger than what IG is showing’ hence your concern and me too??? See attachment.

    Which one is correct?  I take it you are paper trading / Demo Account?

    No, this is my real live trading account. The IG system is correct but don’t know why PRT isn’t correct and I am now very concern – could it be some settings???

    Advise PRT asap using the form below.  It is probably some setting as you say, but if you are trading live  you need it sorted asap.  The setting could only be adjusted by PRT. I cannot think of any setting we can adjust.

    Let us know what PRT say when they reply.

    You may be the only one (on here) who trades the VIX and so that is why nobody has noticed it before?
