order book heatmap

Hi All, I have challenges enabling the order book heatmap with v12 on the alongside the price as shown in the diagram attached. Can anyone provide me some guidance? https://www.prorealtime.com/en/new-features-ProRealTime-v12#order_flow KT

Last Update for v12 dated 06DEC …. so a wip, cosmetic is obvious but there’s a few fixes that have been processed too, unless it’s all operator error on my end.

If only full L2 could be optional with them (as in opt-in).

Hi there Inv – Of what I recall with PRT-IG L2 is not possible indeed. But not sure, because do know that it requires a separate subscription. And the “settings” for *that* I wouldn’t even know for IG. It should then be in the IG platform somewhere. Also, I am using “PRT Sponsored” IG (free for PRT-IB users when 4 trades per month), so possibly all is different with a direct IG subscription (if you have that in the first place).

Talking about DOM, notice that we can’t use that in PRT with AutoTrading. Word is that this will eventually be possible. 🙂

Worth mentioning I’m using IG… so it is not possible to see the heatmap maybe.

HI All,

I’ve tried with PRT IG, no luck with the order book heat map. I reckon it is a IG thing, I’m looking for other broker that is willing to reveal its orderbook and still allow me to use PRT.

Fyi, I attempted the orderflow heatmap yesterday in IG and it is working! Thank you.
