OBLIQUE STOP AND LIMIT ORDERS

    Hi all,
    I would like to program an oblique order into my code to enter/exit at the break of a trend.

    I think the same idea could be achieved if my code could take into consideration a trendline drawn with two x,y coordinates, and I am thinking of using a linear function to achieve that (not sure if anyone already tried doing it this way)….. but since the oblique orders are available in the platform, this may well work to achieve the same results.

    Would anyone know what code would I need for either method?

    I think it is super hard to do, because for a trendline to be valid you need at least 3 points of contact (any line is based on 2 points). But it’s on my to do list, so if someone has already something…
