NY close for forex

    Hello. Can anyone advise on how to change the charts to NY close for forex markets so you only get 5 daily candles per week not 6.

    To get the NY close as a tag on your chart just change your TZ. If, instead, you want the daily candle close when NY closes, well that’s not possible. It’s the broker who decides WHEN a daily candle closes (IG has set it to 01:00am UTC+2, which is 07:00pm NY), and most of them have different closing times.

    To avoid weekend data you need to just tick/untick an option on the platform.
