No email when strategies stopped.

    I hadn’t checked in on one of my demo accounts for a while so I logged in tonight to see how the live strategies were doing. I found that two had been stopped. One it seems because of rejected buy orders and the other because of rejected sell orders. They orders were rejected on the 19th and 21st. It is now the 26th.  I then checked a second demo account and this also had a strategy stopped with rejected orders on the 19th and 21st. Several positions had been orphaned due to these stopped strategies. I have received no email notifications despite having both accounts set to email if any strategy gets stopped. I have noticed that recently the emails have been very random. Sometimes no email and other times an email but days after the event. It seems the email option is not working very well – at least on demo anyway. I feel that this does not help traders to build confidence in PRT as a reliable trading platform if we are told that we will be informed when a strategy is stopped but are then not told!
