No Email or SMS options on Alert Settings

The ‘Email or SMS’ option does not appear on my alert settings. I have attached a picture. Needs some help

Mmm doesn’t work on mine either, I am with IG Direct.

It may be that you have to be on a PRT sponsored account and have a credit lodged in an SMS sending account?

Hopefully PRT Support will provide the correct answer tomorrow or a member on here before then?

Email and sms alerts are only available within the ProRealTime version provided on http://www.prorealtime.com or ProRealTime Trading.

This feature is not supported in the ProRealTime version provided by IG.

So Just to confirm you can reccieve email and sms alerts on indicators as well as aoutptrading on the paid version via PRT.com ?
